Back in 1952, Lil and Harry Bloom opened what was to become one of the finest Kosher catering operations in metro detroit. Mayfair Kosher Catering on Dexter and Davison was their pride and joy, and many communities affixed proud signatures to Lil and Harry's contracts for their weddings, parties, Bar Mitzvahs, ect. Harry passed on in 1958, and in 1976 Lil. Shirlee Bloom continues to carry out the fine Bloom name and reputation with a dignified pride it deserves. |
